Information you choose to share

GSR COMMERCE LLC uses your name, email, optional phone number, service details, location and appointment preferences to respond to requests and coordinate services. Do not submit sensitive documents or identity or financial information.

Request handling

When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare processes your details and sends the request to our business Gmail inbox. No website request database is used. Our email provider processes and stores inquiry emails. A successful submission means the email service accepted the request; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or confirm an appointment.

Infrastructure and spam prevention

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network and security information. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for spam; Google processes emails sent to our business inbox. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics collects website usage information when enabled. Third-party links have their own privacy practices.

Access and retention

Emails are handled through our business email account. No website request database or admin dashboard is used. We use requests to address your inquiry and service arrangements. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Requests are not sold. Contact us to discuss removal of inquiry emails no longer needed.
